Kristine Grady
Community Administrator
Our Community Administrator, Kristine, first joined the Arbor Senior Living team (now Lodi Commons Senior Living) as the Business Office Director in 2019 then advanced to Executive Director in 2021. She joined the Lodi Commons team as the Community Administrator in 2022. Prior to that, she spent most of her career as an Office Manager for a doctor’s office here in Lodi.
She’s happily married to her husband, has five daughters, two grandchildren, and loves to cook and go on long drives. She enjoys working with the residents, families, and team members to create and provide a quality lifestyle for the residents.

Sara Santana
Office Manager
Sara joined the Arbor Senior Living team (currently Lodi Commons Senior Living) in 2018 as a Housekeeper. In 2020, she went on maternity leave and then COVID hit. She returned as the Activity Assistant in 2021. In 2022, she was promoted to the Office Manager for Lodi Commons Senior Living.
Sara loves to see all the happy faces of the residents and their families at the community as they are engaged in the fun moments and activities.

Maggie Guzman
Activities Director
Maggie started with the Arbor Senior Living (currently Lodi Commons Senior Living) in 1998. With over 24 years of experience in various roles at the community (Housekeeper, Porter, Receptionist, Cook and Marketing, to name a few), her favorite role still remains her current position as the Activities Director.
Maggie loves to meet the families of the residents, plan creative and engaging activities and events, and most importantly, create a welcoming and fun environment at the community to make the residents feel at home.

Maria Gonzalez
Resident Relations
Maria first joined the Arbor Senior Living team (now Lodi Commons Senior Living) as the Concierge in 2014. She joined the Lodi Commons team as the Resident Relations in 2022. She has three daughters, one son, ten grandchildren, and loves music, dancing, playing cards and board games. She enjoys working with the residents at the community and loves to see the smiles on their faces when their families come to visit.

Poncho Guzman
Maintenance Lead
Poncho has worked at Lodi Common’s since 2008 (previously known as The Arbor Senior Living) as the Maintenance Manager. He was recently awarded the 2022 Senior Living Maintenance Professional of the Year, which is a positive reflection on how he takes great pride in taking care of the community and residents. Poncho can always be counted on to get the job done, and often with a smile on his face! With his positive attitude and great work ethic, we are grateful to have him on our team.
