Dear Larry,

I just feel a need to tell you how much I love your staff.  As you know, I have had pretty bad health issues these last few months, and the caring and nurturing that everyone has shown me has just overhwhelmed me.  Sue, Sabrina, Tracy, Jamie and Andrea have gone out of their way to express their concern for my well being, as well as the cleaning girls and dining room servers.

When one is alone, not having family around to call on, it means so very much to have the smallest expressions of caring shown.

When I was looking around for a retirement home, I thought the main issues to look for were price, the facility itself, and amenities.  I know now that the #1 thing is the people who oversee everything.  The staff at Hilltop Commons in Grass Valley are outstanding.  They are what has made my stay here the best place I could have chosen.  I feel blessed that I live here.
