At Roseville Commons Senior Living, our chefs re-create family recipes using only the best local ingredients. California is a cornucopia of fresh, fabulous food, and we take every advantage to deliver wholesome, delicious menus every day. Residents enjoy two chef-prepared meals daily, served in our dining room.

Harvest Chicken Cobb Salad Diced roasted chicken, blue cheese, apples, walnuts, cranberries & bacon

Fruit Platter Cottage cheese & fruit salad

Sandwiches

Handcrafted Deli Sandwich Choose from tuna salad, egg salad, chicken salad, roast turkey and provolone cheese or black forest ham & Swiss cheese

Sandwiches include: Choice of bread (white, wheat, sourdough) lettuce, tomato, pickles & onions.

From the Grill

Eggs Your Way Two eggs cooked to perfection with your choice of toasted bread and a side of breakfast potatoes or fresh fruit. Bacon or sausage available upon request

Omelet Your Way 2 Egg omelet made with your choice of: Ham, bacon, mushrooms, tomatoes, spinach, peppers, onions, cheddar, Swiss or jack cheese. Served with fresh fruit

French Toast or Pancakes

Build Your Own Burger Grilled Angus Burger, Turkey Burger or Veggie Burger with cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, pickles & onions

Grilled Cheese or Grilled Cheese with Ham Your choice of cheese melted between 2 slices of griddled bread. Smoked Ham or Turkey may be added at your request

Meet the Chef

Please join us in welcoming Patrick Clifford to our community as the new General Manager and Executive Chef. Previously, Patrick was the Executive Chef and Manager at our sister community, Park Place. He has been cooking professionally for over 10 years. He attended Le Cordon Bleu in Boston, Massachusetts. Patrick is well versed in preparing food from scratch, providing healthier versions of our favorite foods and has dedicated his time to improving the quality of life for those he serves. He strives to provide restaurant style service and food with a personal touch.
