Park Place Apartments offers equal-opportunity housing for any individual aged 62 years and older as Head of Household or co-Head of Household who meets all HUD Application and Park Place Resident Selection Criteria eligibility requirements; or the applicant must have a disability, regardless of age and without limitation as to the nature of the disability. An applicant with minor children is still eligible if the Head of Household or co-Head of Household otherwise qualifies as elderly (62 years of age or older) or disabled.
