Brian, General Manager
I’m Brian and I have been the General Manager of the community for over 8 years. It is a privilege to work with such a great group of seniors and a wonderful caring staff. The community having been recently acquired by Ray Stone, I went from one family owned business to another and love that both guide their business by always wanting to do the right thing. I have been married 34 years, have 3 great kids and a second grandchild on its way.

Roz, Resident Relations
Well hello, my name is Roz and I feel lucky to be part of this company. I have worked here for over 4 years, first with River Oaks and now Ray Stone Incorporated. I am the Resident Relations and I try to be the liaison between all the departments, helping where they need it while taking care of my duties. Being here for all our residents, hearing their stories and getting to know their family is always interesting. I enjoy my job and it never feels like work. I feel honored to be part of a great team. I am a widow and I have 4 children and 10 grandchildren. My hobbies are turning trash to treasure, working with wood and painting projects. And most of all, just being with my family!
Diane, Head Housekeeper
Hi, I’m Diane, Head Housekeeper here at River Commons. Let me give a shout out to our wonderful Housekeeping staff. Each one of us works very hard to make our community clean and comfortable, as we care about our residents and their well being. Please feel free to ask me any questions you may have, if I don’t know the answer, I can find someone who does. I enjoy music, cooking and spending time with my husband, children and grandchildren. Welcome to our home!
Hello, I’m Shelisa, the Chef at River Commons. I have worked in the restaurant industry for the last 8 years. My passion for food began as a child, when every Sunday I would spend the day with my grandparents and they would always have something fun for us to cook. Pizza was my favorite. Karate chopping olives and frisbee throwing peperoni! And Grandma was always there to help clean it up! I thought it was just in fun, but little did I know at the time, I was developing my passion for food and creativity. Thank you, grandpa! I’m honored to be a part of the River Commons community and look forward to many years of providing residents with delicious meals with a smiling face.
Hi, I am George. I enjoy maintaining our facility at a high level of quality and reliability, while building meaningful relationships with our residents and team members. I really like how we can come to work and be a part of this community and have fun at the same time! While I am having fun away from work, I enjoy spending time with Julie, my sweetie, and my grandchildren. I also enjoy fishing and can be a jokester.
Earnie, Activity Director
Hi, I am Earnie, the Activity Director and backup Bus Driver at River Commons. I have happily been in my position for 8 years now. I truly enjoy coming to work each day and seeing our residents living a life filled with laughter and smiles. I love knowing I have a small part of their happiness and keep them active. Jay, Good Will Ambassador
Jay has been a resident at our community for about 20 years. For the past 6 years Jay have been our official good will ambassador. Jay almost every day can be seen walking the property with a broom and dustpan because he believes we all should have a part in keeping our home looking good. Jay's motto is if you are not having a good time, you only can blame yourself. Jay always has a smile for everyone!
