We develop special programs and services that friends, residents and visitors say would make life easier and more enjoyable. Special programsMove-in Help - Knowing that many people are ready for a more worry-free lifestyle in one of our independent living communities, but unable to sell or rent their homequickly, we’re prepared to help with moving costs*, and provide free food* for the term of the initial lease or until you sell your home, whichever comes first(maximum 12 month benefit). We can provide you with a list of quality movers that have received good comments from residents. *Available at Campus Commons, Winding Commons,Hilltop Commons and Roseville Commons. Move-In Help program not available at Park Place or Castle Vista. ServicesOne program that we think is pretty special is "P.S.S."SM – Personalized Service with a Smile. The goal of our P.S.S.SM program is to help with whatever you need, even if you’ve never heard of an independent living community offering these thoughtful kinds of assistance. Help programming or adjusting your TV or computer? Sure. Picture hanging or pet walking? Yes. Weekly grocery shopping? You bet. Check out the P.S.S.SM page for more detail. Availability varies by community* and most services are without charge to you. And of course, we provide all of the basics. Safety ConcernsSafety is a priority at all of our communities. We offer pull-cord alert systems in bedrooms and bathrooms at all of our communities except Castle Vista. Most apartment homes and community buildings are equipped with fire sprinkler systems. You’ll also find grab bars near toilets and in showers in many apartments homes. |
