Live in the heart of the Arden-Arcade area at Leisure Manor Apartments! At Leisure Manor Apartments, you will find just what you are looking for with our subsidized housing program. Leisure Manor Apartments is a HUD, Project-based Section 8 property, offering income-based rental options, making housing more affordable for individuals on a low income or fixed budget.

At Leisure Manor Apartments, we are also pleased to offer specialized housing programs. To be eligible, the applicant must be: At least 62 years of age or older as Head of Household or co-Head of Household; or the applicant must have a disability, regardless of age and without limitation as to the nature of the disability. An applicant with minor children is still eligible if the Head of Household or co-Head of Household otherwise qualifies as elderly (62 years of age or older) or disabled.

We are pleased to offer our residents an affordable place to call home, in studios that are spacious, cozy, clean, and located close to everything.
