Cindy Buckmaster Community Administrator, Roseville Commons Cindy has worked for Ray Stone Incorporated since 1988, and she has worked with seniors since 1998. Cindy is certified as an Accredited Residential Manager. She believes that "the rewards you receive from seniors are endless" and appreciates knowing that she is playing an important part in making their residents’ lives happy and fulfilling.

Juanita Junco Community Administrator, Campus Commons Juanita has been with Ray Stone Incorporated since 1999, has worked in senior living since 2002, and holds the Accredited Residential Manager designation. Juanita says, "I am passionate about helping and working with seniors and I appreciate the care and support that I get from them in return. Their lives and stories are so rich. I learn something new every day."

Christine Pesola Community Administrator, Winding Commons Christine has worked in senior living with Ray Stone Incorporated since 2002. Christine says, "When I came to work for Ray Stone, I had no idea that I would be
working for a company that specializes in the care and well-being of seniors
I don’t look at it as going to work, I think more about what I can do to enrich another person’s life today. I like getting to know our seniors personally, hearing about their lives and what they have accomplished."

Larry Day Community Administrator, Hilltop Commons Larry has worked at Ray Stone Incorporated since 2005, but he has worked in senior living and maintenance since 1978. He is a lifelong resident of Grass Valley. Larry is very organized and enjoys communicating with and helping seniors. His overall objective is to work with his team to make Hilltop the warmest senior living community in the foothills.

Juanita Winnett Community Administrator, Park Place Juanita has worked with Ray Stone Incorporated since 1979 and in senior living since 1994. She holds the Certified Property Manager designation and she is certified in HUD Management compliance. Juanita receives personal satisfaction in providing the best services and conditions possible for "limited income" senior residents.

Valerie Ortiz Community Administrator, Castle Vista Valerie has worked with Ray Stone Incorporated at Castle Vista since 2006, and she has worked in residential management since 2003. She has excellent communication skills and is a Certified Human Resource Assistant. In describing her residents, Valerie says with a smile that she "laughs, lives and learns from them daily." Although Valerie has a family of her own, she participates in many activities with her residents and staff.
