Unlike many retirement living communities, you don’t have to buy-in or pay a large fee to move in to a Ray Stone Senior Community. Many of our residents use one or more of our P.S.S.^SM services^* to remain independent, and avoid costly assisted living facility fees.

We also have a long-standing commitment to affordable housing for seniors through Park Place, a lovely, subsidized senior community adjacent to the Capitol in downtown Sacramento.
