What's in your favorite holiday beverage? November 09 I'm getting ready for holiday feasting with information about hidden calories in cocktails, and my favorite way to exercise, dancing. Plus, I am passing along a few tidbits about avoiding identity theft. These Knit Pickers know what really matters - October 09 It's full-on fall, a cozy time of year. My thoughts are turning to ways we can help others, fun things to do with grandchildren (if you can catch then between activities) and ways to add to my piggy bank in anticipation of holiday expenses. "A" is for "apple" and "appetizing" - September 09 With seasonal average temperatures dropping into the 80s, and 12 hours of daylight, it's the perfect time of year to enjoy the outdoors. So eat some locally-grown apples from Apple Hill, or do something with a friend. They're both good for you!
