Principled management since 1969Ray Stone Incorporated, AMO®, (RSI) is a family owned real estate investment and management company serving the greater Sacramento area since 1969. Over the years, RSI has earned a loyal following from seniors, residents, tenants and the community. Our success can be attributed to asking the right questions, being good listeners, and continually educating our people. Most of our business comes from referrals within the industry. Responsiveness to senior, resident, and tenant needs lies at the core of Ray Stone Incorporated’s management philosophy. We are a full-service management company. Our management portfolio currently spans a wide range of senior living, multi-family and commercial properties in Northern California, New Mexico and Texas, including approximately 825 senior residences, 1,600 apartments and 740,000 square feet of retail and office. RSI is committed to the continuing education of our employees. Staff members receive training in nine aspects of property management and maintenance through the RSI Academy. Employees also attend other certification programs and seminars on a regular basis. RSI is active in professional and community organizations with several members of our management team serving (or having served) on the boards of the regional or local chapters of CCIM, IREM, and the Sacramento Valley Apartment Association. Additionally, we are active in ASHA & NIC, two leading national organizations dedicated to Senior Housing & Health Care. Many RSI employees are also active in local community service organizations. Ray Stone Incorporated is proud to be one of only 505 firms nationwide, which has been certified as an Accredited Management Organization (AMO®) by the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM®). Our experienced staff includes Certified Property Managers (CPM®), Accredited Residential Managers (ARM®), a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), and Certified Commercial Investment Members (CCIM).
