Water, water everywhere! At Winding Commons Senior Community, the refreshing sounds of our many streams and fountains make a lasting impression. If you arrive on a Wednesday evening, you’ll enter to the sounds of live piano music on our baby grand piano, and the laughter and chatter of our residents as they enjoy the manager’s hosted cocktail party. Just beyond is the elegant dining room, where a delicious brunch and dinner are served daily in our inside or outdoor seating areas. This lovely retirement community has it all – gathering places, a computer room, exercise room, beauty/barber shop, media lounge with 80" screen, and several card rooms.

But some of the best features are inside your own home. You can choose from studio, one bedroom and two bedroom plans with one or two bathrooms. From cozy to our 1,100 square foot apartment homes, choose the floor plan and size that suits your lifestyle. Step outside to enjoy the view over the tree-lined grounds and our meandering streams and fountains. Your full-sized kitchen is large enough to accommodate any desire you might have to cook, and our closets were designed to be extra roomy.  Some of our apartment homes even come with a washer and dryer. Covered parking and garages are also available.

Nearby, you’ll find all of the services you might want.  Carmichael is a popular location for doctor and medical professional offices, and our independent living community is just one mile from Mercy San Juan Hospital.  Take the path next door to the Crestview Shopping Center, which features a Save Mart superstore, Ross clothing and Hallmark.
