Activities
At both our age-restricted and independent living communities, the activity directors involve residents in planning that keep people
feeling fresh and busy. We don’t take a cookie cutter approach to our senior communities, so we’re always trying out new
things to make your life better.
With the chores taken care of, spend your time with people you like, doing things you enjoy, like:
- Adult learning opportunities
- Social activities including manager hosted happy hours
- Live entertainment
- Excursions
- Wii play "virtual" bowling tournaments
- Men’s club
- Red hat club
- Guided exercise like tai chi and chair yoga (programs vary by community)
- Movie nights (with popcorn)
- Arts and crafts workshops, like working with glass
- Card games like bridge, pinochle and poker
- Table games like Bingo, Dominoes, Bunko
- Bible reading and fellowship
- Religious services
- Bookmobile visits
Because recreation programs are customized to each community, activities will vary at each location.
